Tax Status

The Bay Area Mashers tax status is defined in its Organization Letter issued by the IRS. This describes the club as a 501(c)(7) Social Club for tax purposes.

Our EIN is 94-3220502 which can be found in our W-9.

As a 501(c)(7) BAM submits IRS Form 990-N filings each year. You can lookup BAM’s IRS filings at https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/ by searching by our EIN.
