February BAM Members’ Meeting – Thursday Feb 9th

Hey BAMers! The February member meeting is nearly upon us and will take place this Thursday, February 9th at 7pm at Faction Brewing in Alameda. We will be featuring a talk by DOZE’s Vito Delucchi on the Turbid Mashing project that he and several others have worked on for the last year. For those of you that are unfamiliar about this technique, turbid mashing is a traditional wort production method developed in Belgium. More about this technique can be read at:
